Just wanted to say that i rang o2 yesterday and was told that the phones were out of stock until 28th January (despite being told on Sunday and Monday that they were in). Anyway nevermind, the wonderful lady at the call centre has sorted everything out and i was able to go and collect one. She was totally, utterly brilliant. And despite what some may think, i've been with o2 for probably around 10years and have never had any cause for complaint of any kind before (which is why i wanted to stay with them). Oh, and the people in the o2 shop - they were amazing and helpful too.

Still let's hope the driver's not stuck somewhere in the snow eh!
I think the clue here is the words "possible delay".

SO the re-routing might have something to do with the weather as some depots may be having issues with the snow.
Seriously wonder what has happened to patience and common sense in this country.

I ordered a new phone on Sunday (I have already left a message on this forum ranting!) I feel exactly the same, I've been with O2 for years but their service recently has been appalling. I wish I'd gone elsewhere - I would have a phone by now. Good luck!

No, it's not "acceptable" but you still haven't answered my first question?
