Help!! Ive been trying to do a sim swap for 2 days now.... it says a sim swap is active when i try to do it online (this must have been when i finally got through on the chat and spent 1hr and 45min trying to explain what i needed help with before getting disconnected) i tried again for about 3 hours to get on the chat last night but no joy. Tried again all day at work, clearly O2 are having problems with the chat! Been on it since 6pm tonight still no chatting.
Sim swap has been over 24hrs but wont let me try again like suggested on other threads.... can anyone advise what to do??

If you have tried via the sim swap process then you need to contact customer services
