Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) Wi-Fi Calling

I read previous posts on this issue but wasn't able to find a solution.

I have a Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) and am trying to activate wifi calling. I have turned it on on the O2 app, looked for the setting on my phone (I didn't find it), checked the CSC number which doesn't include any of the required codes mentioned on the O2 site. The phone was bought from another retailer. Is there any way to turn on Wi-Fi calling or do I have to buy a new phone? Thanks
