Airtime Rewards Registration

I've just recently joined O2 and I transferred my number from Vodafone on the 11th June. When I go to register for airtime rewards it says that my number is not a valid O2 number even though my account is clearly showing my number on my O2 account. Has anyone else ever had this problem? Thanks!

It takes a while for airtime rewards to catch up with number changes. 

Best to contact them to do it manually on their system.
