Hi,
I received my Apple Watch 8 today, and upon unboxing can see a fault with the sport band (the clips aren’t there to hold it in Place)
spoke to a CSA who organised and exchange, I assumed on the call that I was exchanging just the sport band, however in the confirmation email it appears to suggest exchanging both watch and strap.
What I don’t want to do is send the watch and strap back and have just a strap in exchange and assuming the courier will not know which I’m returning either.
I gave up with the agent on the online chat in the app as they don’t appear to be understanding what I’m asking.

The courier will bring packaging for the return so no need to pack yours up in advance.
Just see what the courier brings you and return the relevant part.

Appreciate your quick reply, I did think of this just opening whatever he gives me and return what is replaced. Not sure how the process worked but this seems most logical to do.

ugh, this is so confusing haha. I think I’ll wait till courier comes.
Well, my wife I’ll have to explain to her to check what comes first. I’ll be out at work.
