Hey can't seem to cancel my subscription for Disney plus as it says where to go and on the web page unfortunately it saying that I need to activate it, but it is activated and when I click activate it comes with an error. The other option is to try the app unfortunately the button for my o2 account don't work due to that section closed or after 15 - 20 min working and going to extras to find the same message that you have 28 days to activate it. It's been activated for more then 2 months... I have took multiple screen shots and a video showing what's happening when I try to cancel it! What should I do as I was meant to cancel it by tonight. After a good 1 hour tho I can't be bothered and going to bed. Good that the special number 202 don't work and the chat is only a bot who don't understand the problem you have...
