Request for Nano SIM for existing number

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

I'm trying to find a way online to request for a Nano SIM for my existing number with O2. I currently have a micro SIM on my Nexus phone. I bought a new Apple iphone 7 which uses Nano SIM. Please suggest

If its payandgo you can order a free sim and do a sim swap yourself but as said by far the easiest and quickest way is your O2 store or customer service.

Forgive me but this is not helping myself or the original user. Neither of us want to visit an o" store and the contact Us bot is beyond useless. There must be a way online for a customer - I have been with O2 for over 25 years - to be able to ask for a smaller Nano Sim. People change their phones all the time and phones have moved to this smaller format. THere shpould be a way to quickly and easily do this without phone calls or journeys

@MartinHall1

Not sure why you are opening a 8 year old thread. The original poster is well gone

Yes, you can order on line but the minute you do O2 will disconnect your present SIM and then you will have to wait until Royal Mail delivers the new one, which at this time of year could be some time

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
