O2 advised me to report SPAM to 7726. Tried several times but keep getting "message failed to send". Anybody else experienced this? How did you resolve it?

@Landielady

If you have a spend cap. shortcodes may not send, even though this one is free.

If you've had a spam text about your bill, I wouldn't worry about reporting it as it's been going around for months and O2 will have had hundreds of reports.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Please do report it, the more evidence o2 have against the people who carry out these attacks, the better the case against them.
