I have a few cracks and scratches on my iphone 11. I need my phone for work so cant be without it. What is the best service O2 will offer me, i have insurance on the phone.

It also depends on the insurance you have and when you took it out, as if since June 2019 then their is a teired excess depending on your premium and how quick you want service.
