Because I lost my phone, 02 put a bar on it. But since I found my phone they said they would remove the bar, but that was a week ago and I was still a bar on my phone. I can't contact them to remove it. I've been to the O2 shop and they've tried to remove it. But there's still a bar on my phone and I can't phone

or pay wallet pay so it's frustrating is there any way I can remove the bar myself? Or what is the answer?

@Dave-O2 Hi Dave. I am having the same issue where O2 are struggling to lift the lost/stolen bar. Just come off a call with an agent and have been told a ticket has been raised and will take 3-5 business days for a response. Is this something you can help me with as I have had this issue for a few days and we are now approaching the weekend so wont be until next Friday for a possible response. Ive rang several times and visited an O2 store but the issue remains. Appreciate any help. Thanks.

*sigh*

How has O2 CS won "Awards"? I've dealt with them frequently with my own problems, and they've been worse than useless most of the time IMO.

The same way as terrible acting can get you an Oscar

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
