Redeemed Priority not yet redeemed

Hi all,

anyone else had an issue with 02 priority moments where by you've hit redeemed once on a product and got the code but later unable to retieve the code again?

I've had this with Halfords free bike service. The terms and conditions said to present when booking so I hit the redeem button. However Halford's system wanted it once the service was complete and now when I go to the 02 Priority moment and either hit the 'redeemed' button to get my code and get a 'server unavailable' when using mobile data, home wifi and work wifi or if I go to my saved items it is not listed. 

Any assistance would be greatly appretiated.

I've got exactly the same problem/error. Can't pick up my bike till I can. Not sure if it's OS specific, but mine is on Android.

Just to let you guys know, I pestered 02 for a week using they're live chat system.

after a week and a day of the issue they eventually called me, failed to sove the problem. Then I called back, and someone finally offered a solution.

I can't see why they couldn't off just given me a new code but instead they offered to discount my next bill of the amount of the bike repair, £36.60 (included the cost of some brake pads). 

Not ideal but I accepted it. Hope that helps you guys.

Just had the same problem today, booked the bike it in over 2 weeks ago, this was the first appointment, Gave all info at time of booking and now marked as redeemed, now same guy in halfords asking for the code, If i remember right it was not like any other priorities code but they were to quote a code which was 3 letters and 2 numbers like pmq 36, I belive the codes generic, can anyone remember it.
