I was away from the UK and my number got deactivated. I added £30 to the account but it's not shown up as being credited. I got a new number at an O2 shop and they said to get in contact with O2 customer service to get the credit put on my new number. O2 seems to make it impossible to call anyone directly so I've come here.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
