I need help trying to solve a problem, I have a pay and go number from O2, I have been using it for months, I decided on 29/06 to make a contract plan, in order to get a new device, I made the plan with a device, as soon as it arrived, the device was faulty and came with a new line, I asked for the PAC so that my pay and go number was added as a contract number and the other chip cancelled, here we have two problems, the first was that I sent the phone back on 11/07, the return is already confirmed on site but they keep asking me for the same thing, I've tried to contact me several times and they say to wait more and more, it's going to be a month and soon the value of the plan will be charged again, the other problem is worse, my chip doesn't get a signal, I have no operator, no internet, I've already put the chip in several phones and it doesn't work, but the charge continues to be made, I would just like the cancellation and return of my money, does anyone have an email where I can contact them? because by phone it is impossible, they just keep asking me to wait for a return, which never arrives.
