Hello,
I pre-order the Pixel 8 pro on the 7th, and at the time there was a promo that said if I pre-order until 16th of October I could claim a free pixel watch 2, I finally got the phone on the 31th of October, but my receipt doesn't mention it was a pre-order and puts the sale date as the 31st of October, when I try to claim it gets refused, how can I solve this issue?

I did contact them, they informed that I have to wait 30 days from the day I got the phone, and after those 30 days they would send me a link to claim, I informed them that if I wait 30 days it will be after the claim period and the reply was it doesn't matter because O2 knows I pre-ordered and when I got the phone an I would still be able to claim, so I'm waiting to see.

The T&C's actually state "after 30 days" so this could be anytime after 30 days, not exactly 30 days.

Hey guys,
So, it seems no one is able of giving me a confirmation of my pre order so I can claim the watch from Google
I made a complaint through the official O2 channels and here is were my luck changed, the couldn't also find my pre-order confirmation so they couldn't supply me with proof of pre-order, but, they could see a message that I received that my pixel was delayed and that message was still inside of the promotion dates, so O2 instead of giving me something as proof for Google, they will provide me the watch free of charge.
In the end everything worked out for the best, should get my watch in the next 2/3 days, already have confirmation of order.
Thank you to anyone involved in trying to solve this issue
