Good afternoon,
I was wondering if you might be able to provide an update on my order [REMOVED] - no tracking data is yet available for this order, made Tuesday 13th August, in My O2, under my O2 account.
I know delivery is 'up to four weeks' but I would at least expect some information of the order to appear under my account.
