How do I add my other two phone accounts that I pay for to myO2? We were originally Virgin Media and got transferred to you.

You will need individual logins currently as merging accounts isn't possible.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Thank you. I'll get on to them, but it seems ridiculous not to be able to amalgamate accounts. I can feel a complaint coming on ......😠

We're told the service is suspended whilst all the Virgin migrations are taking place and until everyone is on the new billing system.
How long that will be, we don't know unfortunately.
