Pay as you go phone and SIM

Does anyone know a mobile phone shop employee or is anyone a phone shop employee or manager or owner.
They have to be a decision maker.
I’m looking to buy or have donated new cheap pay as you go phone and sims.
I volunteer and work with Council as a volunteer Procurement officer for the homeless in Brighton and the night shelters.
We need them for the homeless who have been put in temporary accommodation around the town. To communicate with them on food delivery’s. and advice.
There are 200 to 100 wanted.

We regularly receive requests for support from individuals & charities but sadly there are too many for us to be able to support them all, so we focus all our funding into our flagship programme, Think Big. Sorry for any disappointment caused.
