I tried entering my number on the PUK link but it says I'm not an O2 customer!! Triple checked that I was entering the numbre correctly and all, but no luck 😞

If that page isn't working you'll need to phone O2 when they're open.
Try the online page tomorrow though as the parts of the main site are down right now for maintenance.

The website often gives that error so unfortunately you will either have to call customer service or use the webchat to get the PUK.
