network coverage (data) dropped - Stirling area

Hi

 

Is anyone having issues with a server drop in network coverage (data). Ive checked on the website and there is no scheduled work in this area, and no way to email O2 to report a problem.

 

I had perfect coverage, untill Monday, now i cant use my iphone for any internet access at all.

 

Any thoughts or same problems

If it is a data issue have you tried calling o2 202 pay monthly or 4445 payg?

It could be a new fault that hasn't found it's way to the status page yet.

Try cleaning your SIM card. What phone are you using ?

Try your sim in another phone to rule out your primary handset is not at fault.

Try switching to 2g instead.

Look for a reset all network settings type command in the phones settings.

And google soft reset for your phone.

And what a hard reset is.
Be sure to make a back up if your data first.

Ok.

Press top button and home button until the apple logo appears and let go = soft reset.

Reset settings.

Settings , general , reset , reset network settings.
