Can anyone please help. I need to get my PUK code, however whenever I type in my number to retrieve it I get a message saying that they cannot get a code for my mobile number. I am definately typing in the correct number. Is there any other way I can find this info?

This is wrong number given in pay-as-you go. 4445 only for top-up. I have fed up with the the customer service nubmer- all are pre-recorded .

I have this problem- it said this is not O2 sim card?? I was frustrated with the re-recorded messages in customer services number.

The number is correct, the number for top ups is 4444.
Calling when they are open might be easier.
