Hi, I'm currently travelling and trying to use a different sim card. When i put my sim card in it asks for a PUK code. I have received this from O2 and it will not work. O2 guru isn't working, I can't ring and I can't find an email address that works. Please can you help.

If so, it may be the PUK for your other sim that's required?

The PUK won't unlock the phone to put in a different sim card which is why the code isn't working.
