Hi,
I placed an order yesterday and received an order confirmation that it will be delivered today with a tracking number. I want to track it (going out later today) but cannot find either online or in the app where I can track it. It says go to My Orders to track your device but I cannot see anywhere either online or in the app to enter a tracking number. Can anyone help or post a link? Thanks X

They haven't taken your money
It will have been reserved by your bank if the transaction is completed
In the event that the contract fails O2 credit checks then your money will be available funds back in your account within 7 working days
