I have two O2 contracts, mine and my daughters. My employer is signed up to O2open but i can't get the discount because both contracts were purchased through Carphone Warehuse. Why is this?

@jimigee I believe that in order to avail yourself of O2 Open, the contracts would have had to be taken with O2 directly, and not a third party. It's probably in the Terms & Conditions.
