O2 won't let me cancel Disney+

Hello, I signed up for a free six months of Disney+ but no longer want it.  I signed into my Disney+ account and tried to cancel.  I was prompted to sign into my O2 account to cancel.  BUT there is no way of cancelling the subscription.  This is another worrying example of companies ripping people off.  I have had to contact my bank to stop any future payments as following O2's suggestions led knowhere. Beware!

It's very simple to cancel.
