O2 still haven’t refunded me after 7 attempts

O2s customer service are on absolute joke. I’ve been trying to get a simple 40£ refund completed for over a month and each time the advisor somehow takes my details completed the form and then the money never goes in after waiting the 5-7 days. Each time I call I have asked to talk to a manager the advisor refuses to put me through and I get a different excuse to why it didn’t work. No one seems to know what they are doing, each time I call they give me different reasons, different refund time scales, sometimes the advisor asks for my sort code and account number the next it’s my card details. How is this so difficult. I don’t have time for this.
this is for credit which is on an old device [Removed].
Please can someone help me as I’m at my wits end. I’ve spent for two many hours trying to get something so simple done.
