O2 sim cards in Bulk

I would like to ask how can i buy/get sim cards for re-sale purpose. I searched everywhere but couldn't find the right answer.

I doubt anyone knows the answer to that. You can become a trader but those are free sims that you take commision on each activation. I think it's £5 per activation?
