How do I get paid?
We can pay you by either cheque, bank transfer, Amazon gift card or bill credit (bill credit only applicable to O2 customers). Whichever you choose, as soon as we receive and process your order you'll get paid within 5 working days. Bill credit customers will have their account credited to the next monthly bill. Please note: if your bill is printed within 3 days of your payment confirmation, the credit will appear in the following months bill. Bill credit will be applied as Airtime Credit for O2 Refresh customers.

I've just looked at CPW

They would give me £198 for my 16gb iPhone 5s.

Hi

I just tried taking my Iphone 4s into O2 to get it recycled and was quoted £80 but then when I told them the lock button no longer works, it reduced it to £12 (which is rediculous!). I have read up on this and seen that majority of Iphone 4 or 4s lock button stopped working and this was a manufacturing issue not the owners. Please help? I would just like to sell my phone but obviously not for £12 which I am sure Apple could fix for free!

I would suggest you take it to Apple to see if they will fix it for free and then recycle it afterwards, or try and sell it somewhere else.
We won't be able to influence the price you have been offered unfortunately.
