O2 recycle

I recently upgraded my IPhone 11 to the iPhone 12 pro max. When taking out my new contract I was given the option to recycle my iPhone 11 to o2 and I stated I’d like this to be paid via bank transfer.
However I have since received my iPhone pro max and haven’t heard anything from o2 about how I send my phone to them. Can someone help me with this?
When I agreed to o2 to recycle my phone am I bound to this?
If so how do I go about sending it?
One more question, when I go into o2 recycle, it asks for IMEI number but when I enter it, it asks have a removed find my iPhone and iCloud off my device but doesn’t give me the option to click yes.

You just follow the process on the recycle website https://www.o2recycle.co.uk/

It's your choice to send it to O2 or not.
