Unfortunately o2 have discontinued their email address, so unless you can do it yourself in the app or on the website you do need to speak to someone @adatherton.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Link to our guide on how to contact them can be found here

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I totally agree with you on this. After waiting in a queue for 45 mins then either being cut off or having the phone put down by a member of staff because they didn't know what to do next. This happened 4 times on 1 day and twice today. All because I've ordered a galaxy chrome book go 256g and they charged £623 which is OK I suppose but when it arrived it is  a 128g its a bit of a difference as in the price and then I check the one I got a month previous and guess what. They've done it with that one too. My contract says 256g not 128g but can I get through to any of them? Not a chance as soon as I get through the 1st time when everything is explained,  they put me on hold do a few things then I'm cut off  and from then on everytime I call as soon as it's 45 mins I've waited I'll get the tone to say I'm connected to them then the phone is cut . I'm furious

I'm of the opinion that O2 are absolutely uncontactable. When they phone me from now on to push more of their products I'll not take the call. I'll never use them again

Of course they do. That's an absurd thing to state. https://smarty.co.uk/contact#:~:text=email%20us%20at-,team%40smarty.co.uk,-Chat%20with%20us states that team@smarty.co.uk is SMARTY's.

but Smarty don't offer any other support apart from WebChat, and also email is insecure, uncompliant with a lot of GDPR Regs, it is not guaranteed to be delivered, can be intercepted etc hence companies are getting rid of it for support.

But if you are happy sending personal data to a company then fair play to you, but

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
