Hi. I am looking to upgrade to the iPhone 16 Pro using switch up.

Can anyone tell me what checks the store do when switching up in store? I ask because the volume on my current iPhone isn’t as loud, so I think the speakers may be damaged.

They check condition and operation and grade it accordingly.

Do you know if the issue with my speakers would affect me using switch up?

It really depends on how obvious the issue is and whether the person assessing it notices.

If there is still warranty remaining it may be worth you getting it fixed by Apple or at least assessed by them first.
