I was wondering if anyone has any advice on o2 recycle. I sent them my S9 which they've accepted and sent payment to my nominated paypal account on 6th May. I waited the 5 working days for the payment to come through.... and nothing did. Contacted them last week Thursday and have every day since to be keep being told the same info... the finance team need to look into why my payment wasnt recieved. I have checked with PayPal and they haven't had anything eithet. It's a week later now and I'm still getting the same answers. No updates from the finance team, just keep being told to call again in 24 hours. How long do the expect me to wait? They can't even tell me when i can expect an update. There is also no managers available to speak to complain. I told them today if they can't get an update by tomorrow then I would like the phone back which they said they're not sure if they can do (at this stage). Absolutely frustrated with them. Any advice would be much appreciated.
