Hi,
I took out a new contract today and I was informed that I was eligable for a discount via O2 Open. Upon logging into my O2 and navigating to O2 Open, it appears and attempt was made previously as part of my previous contract to get a discount as the details had previously been entered but not acted upon.
I went through the process of confirming my works e-mail address etc. When I then tried to link my phone number with the discount I was told that this had expired in 2018. As I have taken out a new contract today should this not have re set?
I do not see a way on the website to link differnt contracts as I have kept the same mobile number. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
