Has anyone been caught out by the reduction in the European Data allowance. Up until the 25 March it was 25MB with the £1.99 daily charge. It has been reduced to 15MB. I am currently in Europe, I had no pre-warning, just loads of texts about how I was in excess of my allowance, even a phone call querying why I was over did not alert me to the fact that there had been a 10MB reduction. Appalling! As soon as I can I am off to Vodaphone who appear to have a far better system for data users abroad.

I am exceedingly annoyed with O2 and I have been with them for 15 years

We have been discussing this on here but it seems O2 failed to announce it 😞 You now also get a one off charge of 50p for your calls (upto 60 mins) and your allowance remains untouched. http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/O2-Travel-changed-26th-march-2013/td-p/435010
