Hi. I recently upgraded to a Lumia 620 but I am not sure how to claim the free shell case. Spoken to three people at o2, one told me I would get a voucher, I haven't. One gave me a phone number for Nokia which I tried and was incorrect. One person didn't know the answer and said they would forward it to their case manager but I've heard nothing. Feels like I'm going round in circles. The offer is still live on the website. Does anyone know how I can claim the case? Usually I wouldn't be bothered but the case I have at the moment is cracked at the top. Thanks in advance and apologies if this has already been answered.

There should have been a leaflet with the phone apparently. Have a look through this thread :

M15, jonsie thanks for replying. The information you have provided is for a different handset, I have the Lumia 620 but after reading the links you sent me I have a couple of solutions to try. The people in the other posts seem to have had the same problem with a similar offer. I'm going to try contacting Nokia directly, the o2 staff I have spoken to don't seem to have a clue and aren't really interested in solving the problem for me. Think they just use offers like these as gimmicks. Thanks again for your help.

Hi
Got in touch with Nokia today using the 0843 320 9406 number. The email address help@nokiafreeshell.com didn't work. Spoke to an advisor at Nokia who was more than helpful in directing me to a webpage to redeem the offer: nokia620freeshell.com (this is just for the Lumia 620, for anyone following this thread for a different model I'd give the number a call.) How simple was that? I'm a bit annoyed that none of the four or five people I spoke to at o2 could not provide me with that simple piece of information, instead giving me false instructions so that I'd have to phone them back repeatedly to be put on hold for twenty minutes. I hope someone from o2 is reading this because I've been with you for nearly 10 years and the customer service this time has been terrible. Thanks again to MI5 and jonsie, you technically both answered the question for me, is there any way to give shared credit for a solved answer?

We're just happy to help. You can give jonsie the tick (he needs it more than I do :))
Glad you're sorted anyway....
