I have spent the last 20min on the Live Chat to o2. They are sending me a new Sim Card.

Hopefully this will help.

Thanks

Check your postcode here

Check you have data turned on.

Check you haven't used all your allowance in "My o2"

If PAYG check you have credit on your phone.

Hi

I have tried turning off and taking the sim out and still not working. I have full signal and all I can do is make calls and send text messages??

I have checked all the settings and they are all as they should be.

When I try to connect to the web I get the message 'Safari could not open the the page because the server stopped working'. The last time it worked was when I was connected to the Wifi before I left home.

Try a network reset
Settings >General >Reset >Network Settings
Otherwise it may be a sim card fault....
