I placed an order online last night. Everything went through until the very end, when the page showed an error message! I received lots of emails with legal contracts etc., and one with the details of my basket which included a link back to the site which should (I assume) link to my order, but only opens an error again.
I've gone through the emails and none seem to have a reference number for my order.
I've checked my credit card and the deposit has been authorised and taken!
What can I do?
I really don't want to spend hours on the end of a phone waiting for someone to answer!
Please help!
