Hi, I recently took out a new contract with yourselves. In the offer it stated the extra (Amazon/Disneye etc) would be for 6 months however when I visit the site or app, it lists just 3 months. Why is this different? Thanks

If you have evidence of 6 months you should contact O2 to check what's changed.

It is very cleverly worded (and same with all companies doing these offers), theT&C's say up to 6months
I have just had this with Barclaycard and Apple, and it all says upto 5months.. and got random months between 5 and 3
