NO e-mail access for the umpteenth time this month!!!

What on earth is going on at o2 webmail? It seems to be inaccessable FAR more often than it is accessable!!!!! This must be the VERY worst e-mail system EVER!!!!!!

Your best bet is to migrate to another email provider like Gmail or hotmail/Outlook to be honest!

They have a far more reliable service, larger storage and far more features! O2 seem to have nothing but problems with their Web mail service.

It's not surprising people are having problems with O2 webmail. It's still the same antiquated and basic email setup as when first introduced around 20 years ago. I don't think it has been updated or modified in all that time.

As stated, bite the bullet, get a Gmail account and notify all your contacts that you are changing your email address. It is a pain but much less of a headache than sticking with O2 as your email provider.

I'm sure it's only when used as webmail through the site that these problems appear.

I've use it with an email client on my phone and pc and have never had a serious problem.

As above though for anything important I would use Gmail or a similar provider.
