my o2 contract phone hacked, reported to o2. next day o2 gave PAC number to vodapahone for my o2 contract phone number. ten days later - despite numerous complaints and shop visits - NO resolution or outcome from o2. o2 has done NOTHING ! had to get new pay as go sim from lebarara, even though still o2 contract for my o2 number - a number I cannot access, because o2 gave it to vodaphone AFTER I reported it hacked ! why do-es o2 not have security or loyalty to long term customers ?
