I placed order [Removed] for an O2 SIM contract and chose to keep my number [Removed] on 14/7/22.         I activated my sim with temporary number [Removed] on 16/7/22 but my own number has still not been ported - can you please advise?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

It is a good idea not to post personal information such as phone numbers on a public forum. You may leave yourself open to spam, or worse

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Thanks - I am new to O2 and thought I was chatting with customer services!!! So thanks for alerting-Thanks to you,  I have now checked and noted that personal info has been removed - I appreciate your thoughtfulness
