I am in Spain why is my mobile data is not working

Try and search for another network.

Also try 3G instead of 4G.

Is everything else working such as texts and calls? If not you may have a roaming bar on your account and you need to contact O2. You can use Skype. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Change your data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"

If that doesn't work, contact O2 to remove roaming bars.

Alsoo make sure roaming is on in phone settings or try manually searching for networks.

Hi @Kevin10 , how are you doing today? Are you still in Spain and how did it go with your mobile data after you last posted? There's a few suggestions above that you hopefully tried. It would be great to hear back from you to see how you're getting on. slight_smile
