Went into mk o2 on 24th jan as i have problem with my oneplus5 (will not connecy with pc)
Guru at shop also has same phone and was surprised to find he had same problem.
after an hour or so he was unable to resolve problem and made an appointment for 26th @ 11:25
and he would look into problem prior to mt appointment.
took time off work, traveled into mk centre and paid for parking got to store @11:20
to be informed that guru starts work @12:00
Not only did he make the appointment but I had several texts and emails to remind me
cost me time and money due to incompetent o2 staff
