Our mast has been down since Wednesday morning. Was assured on Thursday it would be fixed in 24 hrs, but still isn't working. There are no other masts in the area, so no service since Wednesday early. We need it fixed please!!

Unfortunately we don't get any information on fixes, just that it's being done.

Very unimpressed by O2. There has been no service for almost a full week. After several calls, no-one was able to say how long the matter would take to be resolved, no-one was kept customers informed, and the O2 people on the phone knew no more than we did. While I appreciate it was not merely an O2 problem, as an O2 customer, I expect better. Not even had a reply from the complaints dept., your customer service leaves a lot to be desired!
