How on earth do I stop unwanted texts/emails for marketing? I've been with O2 for many years but was recently text about marketing preferences but there is no way I can see in the preference screen where I can say NO marketing. It seems you have to have at least one to activate 'Save' button-I don't want any! I've also looked everywhere on this site - O2's but nothing.
Other than phoning/ombudsman - I want to email - there's nothing!
Can anyone help please? Thanks

That’s 3 ways I can’t access my preferences. App, mobile & pc. Sort it out O2
Not sure it's down to O2 if you can't access them @Anonymous?. Most of us can and though I admit its a real faff around and designed to make it more difficult, we can get there in the end....
I haven't tried it on my mobile as I never access it that way, but others such as @jonsie, @viridis and @MI5 have? Not sure what is causing your problem though
Are you getting the code via text message from O2 which allows you access?

I get the code only when accessing through my chrome book. Touch ID for the app

And when you enter the code what happens then? Are you able to access contact preferences at all @Anonymous Sorry to keep asking questions but I can't understand what goes wrong after that (Being a bit thick you see)
