Marketing preferences?

How on earth do I stop unwanted texts/emails for marketing? I've been with O2 for many years but was recently text about marketing preferences but there is no way I can see in the preference screen where I can say NO marketing. It seems you have to have at least one to activate 'Save' button-I don't want any! I've also looked everywhere on this site - O2's but nothing.

Other than phoning/ombudsman - I want to email - there's nothing!

Can anyone help please? Thanks

They’re definitely hiding it or something as I cannot access my preferences on app or desktop. Very sneaky & despicable O2.

I have been fed up blocking numbers this last month

I've commented before about nusance calls on a number that is given to NO ONE.

Make sure you in desktop full mode

Ok how you find it is Contact preferences under More...then you are presented with this

You go into that...you are presented with a box telling you they will send a text to your mobile with a code

Once you input that code you can see what O2 THINK your preferences are.

Mine were changed!!
