Hi,

I have bought two MF60 dongles and they are both great.
However, I am unable to upgrade the firmware of the dongles.
The firmware is available by ZTE at the following Link:-

When i try to update, it gives me an error, saying version doesn't match.
Can you guys help me with it??

Any updates will be on this site and from O2.

 

As it's new device I doubt there are any updates available yet.

It's not really a new device. Its been out there for just shy of a year now.
and its the firmware "upgrade"... not update....
It seems O2, doesn't care about providing the best to the customers, even if its out there and the manufacturer itself is giving it away.

You said they were working fine, why do you need an upgrade or update?

 

This device was only released in August, barely six months yet.

because it supports 10 devices as well as offers more stability enhancements.

Simply put, the upgrade releases the full potential of the device.

The firmware upgrade has been available since last august... so, this makes it even worse... that O2 didn't bother to get the latest firmware from ZTE ??
