Hi,
I am no longer an 02 customer, but since moving to another network... all MMS's from a particular contact (let's say....Bob) arrive at my email inbox - which is only linked via this my 02 account I had when I was a customer.
'Bob' is on 02. Any MMS's he sends to others come into their phone.
I've also received MMS from other people on 02 that come to my phone.
It just seems to be when 'Bob' sends ME an MMS, it goes to my email address - from '[Bob's number]@mediamessaging.o2.co.uk', saying:
Hello,
Here's a picture message you've been sent from [number].
You can send a message back from your mobile phone. But don't reply to this
email.
Thanks,
O2
And text attached.
Any ideas what's going on and how I can prevent this?
Many thanks,
Sam

It will be in your settings within your email account. Look for POP forwarding.

Cannot see any settings regarding forwarding of MMS to emails. The MMS is received in my personal (hotmail) email account and not 02 email account. Received one the other day which was just 3 words so shouldn't have been an MMS in the first place... it may be when they send to multiple recipients.
Any ideas?
Thanks
ps I didn't mark this as solved, not sure how that happened. But it's not
