Hello I am Urgent need of help I lost my phone lucky for me i had old one in draw so have all my numbers but i need to retain my phone number i have been to corner shop got a new pay n go simcard with credit, called customer services get so far thn automated message" not taking calls at moment then cuts off"
Is there any O2 employes on here who can take details and port old number to new sim card via the SSN?

Only customer service can help. Did you report the phone stolen?

They will send you another sim card with your number on.

I have reported phone lost but phone cut out no one has called me back and when i call 4445 to talk to someone in that option lost /stollen there is just an automated message advising there not taking calls at all

** UPDATE**
I have tryed all phone numbers and options via O2 customer services all resulting in same O2 are closed to everyone and no one is able to speak with a Human to resolve any issues No shops are open Covid-19 has Shut Everything down
O2 as a major company i belive are Loosing out Big time by not having any Home workers or people to resolve issues

It's fallen on deaf ears although we do have Gurus helping out. They can't help with the problem of payments.
