Can someone advise me who I can contact in O2 to obtain a list of IP Addresses associated with my mobile number please.

Well I'm not sure if contacting customer service may help, but all numbers are in this article, try the number ending with 4005

Which IP do you need Device or Public?

You can find out which Internet Break Out you go through by going to whatsmyip.org and it will tell you, and most i think will be 82.132.243.xxx

For your phones IP, that becomes more difficult as its done dynamically and but can be found only on android devices
