So can’t cancel through Disney+ website, can’t on here either. Tried talking to assistant yesterday to have them ask me loads of questions to verify despite being signed in before getting disconnected. Tried again to and told no one is available.
So far O2 service has been horrendous. Immediately told my bill would be going up, the my O2 offers never work/have always gone by the time I check their release at 2pm on the dot and now this.
Make things simpler or clear instructions on how to do this.
